Would you like to have
your club's pickleball schedule
posted here on Pickleball Protocol?

It can also appear on your website,
or on your Facebook page or group.

It's completely free!
Send us an eMail to
pete@pickleballprotocol.com
In the eMail, include your schedule information grouped in a in similar format as follows.
  • Slill Level (if your schedules are grouped by Skill Level)
  • Day of the Week
  • Court Facility (If your club uses more than one facility.)
  • Start and End times

Another tool to use is playerlineup.com, if your club experiences one or both of these situations:

  1. If many players are participating and wait times are too long, you have a need to make reservations.
  2. Participation is low (perhaps seasonal,) and you need to see if anyone is coming at all during certain time periods.
A schedule like the ones you see here on pickleballprotocol.com show you your entire weekly schedule at a quick glance.

Both tools can be used by your club, each one meeting a different need.
  • After we set up your schedule, it's yours, you own it, you control it. We only ask that you keep the link to pickleballprotocol.com near the top!
  • You can post a link to your schedule on your club's Facebook page or group, and you can "pin" that post to the top of your Facebook page or group (it's easy,) so your club members can get to it easily.
  • You can send a link to your schedule to your club members in an eMail, once, and that link will always bring your members to your updated schedule.
  • If you have a website, you can display your schedule on your site. And if your don't have your own website, this can serve as your website!
  • You can easily make changes to the schedule, and it will automatically be updated everywhere described above, your Facebook page, your eMail link, your website, our website here.
  • There is also space to add any type of Notes or Notices, regarding clinics, temporary court closings, social events, etc.
  • You will need a Google account or a Gmail account (same thing) to be able to make changes to your schedule.
If you don't have a Gmail account,
it's simple to get one.
